Denny's in Pennsylvania

"Excellent experience, thanks to Robert. He was one of the best servers, hands down, that we've had at any restaurant. He was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us multiple times and always had a smile. The food was delicious, too, although the sweet corn was not as advertised. That's easy to overlook with how amazing the service was."

"I had such a pleasant experience/waiter her name was Mariah she did amazing job making sure i had everything and that my food was okay when i walked me and my wife was greeted by are waiter Mariah she did job of many with in the time of us eating she does a amazing she needs a raise!! "Food was okay. Service was great, although I’ll never understand why they ask you what you’d like to drink before you even sit down. As a server myself, I find it reasonable to allow my guests to sit first, maybe graze the options before asking them beverage choices. I realize it’s just “dennys” but I’d think if you wanna get that check average up for a bigger tip, possibly letting guests see you have cold , flavored coffees rather than pressuring them to hurry and spit out a drink order….because I blurt out coffee, when actually I discovered that I would’ve rather had the iced flavored option. Oops. It’s every dennys, not just this one, so maybe it’s just their thing "

"Denny’s, once again I give a 5 star rating out, believe me this location is a FIVE STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, they are always happy ,, even when they had to work a double shift so you can be served.. the breakfast is always great,, my wife loves there hamburgers,,, I enjoy there entire menu.,, we tend to eat there once’s every 2 months at average, for the last 20 years,,"

"My wife and I came in to the restaurant last week to eat and it was the best worst experience we have had in a long time. Our server, according to the receipt, was Cynthia and when I say she ran circles around that place, I am not kidding. She seemed to be the only employee on the floor. She was seating people, waiting on them, cashing them out and at one point cooking in the kitchen. While we sat, waiting on our food, the tall older black cook was mumbling curse words loud enough for us and the other tables near us to hear, complaining when he was asked to finish cooking orders and being just plain mean to our server and the cook that was with him. We watched him and the other cook walk off the line and disappear, but since we didn't have our food and another table across from us didn't either, we weren't sure what was happening. Our server ran back and starting cooking like a champ. I ordered a medium well T-bone breakfast and both the steak and the eggs were perfectly cooked as was my wife's burger. At no time while she was cooking did we see another cook back there helping her. Fast forward to today. My wife had an appointment close by, so we stopped in and had a great experience again with Cynthia. She remembered my wife's name, expressed her happiness to see us and even remembered what we drank on our last visit. The two women cooking today were happy, chatting away and it was an all around great experience. I have worked half of my work life in the restaurant industry. I believe restaurants are still paying under three dollars an hour for servers in our area and that is just not acceptable when a server is required to hold your restaurant up like a foundation on a house. So, for our server, Cynthia, we give ten stars. Not just for her service to us, but for the fact that she never faltered, kept on smiling and did every job in your restaurant like a boss our previous visit and remembered us and treated us so genuinely today. I do hope that Denny's appreciates that they have someone who seems to truly love her job and goes above and beyond."

"The service was excellent even though they were very busy! Everyone was kind and helpful! Our meals were excellent! They were delicious and served hot! The portions were so much that I had an extra meal for the next day!"
